HYEL reviewed and provided comprehensive technical guidance on the proposed business plan and financial models for AGCO’s AGRO-PARKS Project in Africa.

AGCO is further developing and enhancing marketing and distribution strategies in collaboration with its franchisees across Africa. HYEL coordinated the development of long term business and financial models aimed at enhancing its delivery of robust equipment to various segments of the market including Small Holder Farmers.
